Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. Fragrance is a flammable liquid, so by law and carrier rules it can only travel by ground. That means we can't ship by air, to international addresses, to Alaska or Hawaii, to U.S. territories, or to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery time and rates
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders over $60 ship free. All delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed. Because ground shipping is the only option for fragrance, we're not able to offer expedited or overnight delivery.

How we pack and ship
Fragrance is packed in leak-resistant packaging and marked as required for flammable liquids. This is why some orders may take a little longer to ship than other products.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We can't change an address once an order has shipped. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you, and you may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Lost, delayed or stolen packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, check around your property and with neighbors first, then contact us at support@shopscented.co within 7 days of the delivery date. If your package hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the ship date, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Damaged or leaking packages
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, don't open the package further than needed. Take photos of the package and the contents and email us within 7 days of delivery, as described in our Refund Policy. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
